Following the model of 1 Timothy 3, elders are the primary leaders of Redeemer. These men have proven in their homes and in their responsibilities in the church that they are capable leaders and managers, and they are able to teach. Additionally, we believe in a plurality of leadership, where all votes are equal. It is our conviction that the New Testament did not imagine a modern American CEO model of corporate leadership in the church, but a place rightly governed by qualified men who share the pastoral burden.





Redeemer staff is made up of a diverse group of individuals who are passionate about using their unique giftings to serve the local church. Each person on this staff team is committed to leading, equipping, and mobilizing our church to be a gospel-centered, missional family through their distinct roles.





The Redeemer Residency Program is a church-based leadership development program designed to train and equip the head, heart, and hands of the saints. This program is for those who believe God is calling them into ministry and want practical experience of what that might look like. Redeemer Residents are fully support-raised and are treated as staff during their two years in the program.
