Youth
At Redeemer, the youth ministry is integrated into the life of the church. We believe it is the job of parents to teach the gospel to their children, therefore we include junior high and high school students in our worship services and encourage families to attend a gospel community together. With this said, we feel that we can better serve our students and meet the needs of our city with an active youth ministry in place.
Redeemer Youth Ministry
RYM is a ministry that aims to bring the good news of Jesus to junior high and high school students in Lubbock, as well as to strengthen the faith of believing students by teaching them how to follow Jesus in their junior high and high school cultures. Our goal is to see the lives of students transformed by the gospel and sent out to be missionaries to their schools, families, city, and the world. We will do this through youth gospel communities, discipleship training, and by gathering to understand and experience authentic worship.
We will have youth gospel communities that meet weekly where we will pray together, study the bible, encourage one another, and serve the needs of our city.
